ANANDA
A HOME FOR
SEEKERS

Ananda means happiness or bliss.
Literally, 'aa' means from all sides and 'nanda' means happiness or joy. Thus literally speaking, 'ananda' means joy from all sides. In a spiritual context, ananda is an eternal aspect of Brahman which we experience when we are united with Him. When there is no distinction between the knower and the knowing, the object and the subject, one becomes immersed in immense bliss. The scriptures describe Brahman as ananda itself (anandobrahma). In the material world ananda is pure joy attained through the fulfillment of desires or some material gains. In the spiritual world it is the pure and unqualified bliss attained through union with the Highest Self.

Divine Healing

There are three kinds of illness: physical, mental, and spiritual.
Physical sickness is due to different forms of toxic conditions, infectious disease, and accidents.
Mental sickness is caused by fear, worry, anger, and other emotional inharmonies.
Soul sickness is due to man’s ignorance of his true relationship with God.
Ignorance is the supreme disease. When one banishes ignorance he also banishes the causes of all physical, mental, and spiritual disease
Meditation

Sri Jivesh Ananda ji personal instructions on how to practise the science of meditation, classes he is giving for more than twenty years, teaching in most detailed way in person, Lessons provide his practical guidance and techniques for attaining balanced physical, mental, and spiritual well being — the health, healing, success, and harmony that yoga bestows in every aspect of life. These “how-to-live” principles are an absolutely essential component of any truly successful meditation practice.
Prayer

Prayer is the science by which we can attune the human mind and will to the consciousness and will of God. Through prayer, we form a loving, personal relationship with God, and His response is unfailing.
Music Therapy

As per Panchamsaara Samhitaa the music is a conjunction of ‘dhaatu’ i.e. naada (sound) and ‘maatu’ i.e. akshara samooha (collection of syllables). The word ‘naada’ is composed of ‘naa’ and ‘da’ where ‘naa’ represents prana (breathe) known as vital force and ‘da’ is the agni or fire i.e. heat energy of the body. In this sense naada is a consequence of interaction of vital force and the heat of the body. The movement of prana i.e. the vital force of the body is due to the vaata tattva (i.e. air or wind). When this air (vaata) strikes different parts of the body the struck sound, called aahata naada, is produced. This aahata naada is believed to be the manifestation of the anaahata naada (unstruck sound) which is the virtue (guna) of ether i.e. aakaasha-tattva, one of the pancha-mahaabhoota (five elements). The other four elements inherit the qualities of ether. Since the human body is composed of the said pancha-mahaabhoota so the unstruck sound is inherited by each individual but remains concealed and hence cannot be perceived by the physical senses. This is called paraa-vaak. Only the learned yogi-s may have experienced its presence while meditating but its manifestation in the form of aahata naada i.e. the vaikhari vaani is, in fact, the communicative language used in worldly affairs.
